Payroll lots

Most of the time, payrolls are processed in lots for all company employees. The manager enters the payroll into their accounting software and then sends the deposit file to ACCEO Transphere.

  • On the ACCEO Transphere main page, click Payroll and select Payroll lots.

  • Search and filter options are available in the upper part of the page. For example, a search can be performed based on the file number, employee name, or lot creation date. Lots can also be filtered by status: To submit, In error, Rejected, Cancelled, or Submitted.
  • In the Payroll lots list, each lot is displayed with the payment date, the date on which the lot was generated, the bank account from which the lot amount will be withdrawn, and the total amount of the payroll lot.

Displays the number of pays submitted in the lot.

Displays the number of pays awaiting in the lot.

Displays the number of pays cancelled in the lot.

Submit payments

Once the payroll lot has been sent to ACCEO Transphere, the manager can submit the payments so that the salaries are deposited into each employee’s bank account.

Note: once submitted, the payroll lot is closed and cannot be modified. Any other pay submitted on the same date will be placed in a new lot.

  • On the Payroll lots page, click the line of the payroll lot to be submitted to display the details.

  • The Lot summary displays the lot number, the bank account from which the amount will be withdrawn, the date the lot was generated, etc.
  • The Statistical information section shows the amount to be submitted and the number of pays included in the lot.
  • In the Payments section, the transaction status shows Waiting to be submitted.

Note: A payment with the status Waiting to be submitted can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel button.

  • To submit payments, click the Submit button. A confirmation message is displayed.

  • Click OK. A message indicates that the transactions have been successfully submitted.

  • In the Payments section, the transaction status now shows Submitted.

Filter the list of payments

The list of payments can be filtered according to the status of transactions.

  • In the Payments section, click the Filters button.

  • Select the filter options to apply to the list.

Copy the list of payments

The list of payments can be copied for import into Excel.

  • In the Payments section, click the Copy to Clipboard button. A message is displayed requesting confirmation.

  • Click OK. A message indicates that the content has been successfully copied.

  • Open Excel and paste the contents of the Clipboard.

  • The pay information is copied into the file (employee name, payment number, transaction status, payment amount and date of payment).
  • Save the Excel file.
