My supplier wants to change his email address, what should I do?

Scenario 1: I invited my supplier to be paid by ACCEO Transphere, but he has not yet completed the invitation

  1. Cancel the uncompleted invitation in ACCEO Transphere.
  2. Edit the email in your application.
  3. Reinvite the supplier using the new email address.

Scenario 2: I have an anonymous business link with my supplier

The email must be modified in the supplier file on your accounting system. The change must then be synchronised with ACCEO Transphere. This procedure varies per accounting system. Please refer to your software documentation to complete this step.

Cas 3: I have an authenticated business link with this supplier

The email must be modified by your supplier on his ACCEO Transphere account. Please advise the supplier to log in and change his email on the platform https://main-transphere.acceo.com
