{"id":87,"date":"2026-03-18T13:09:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T17:09:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/employes\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T14:19:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T18:19:06","slug":"employees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Employees"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The <strong>Employees<\/strong> page displays all employees in the accounting software for whom payroll is sent to ACCEO Transphere to be deposited into their bank accounts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the ACCEO Transphere main page, click <strong>Payroll<\/strong> and select <strong>Employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image5_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the upper part of the page, two fields can be used to search for an employee by their number or name.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Sort<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_7.jpeg\"> button is used to sort the list by employee number or name and in ascending or descending order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image6_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simply click on a name in the list to access the employee&#8217;s file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image7_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The upper part of the page displays general information about the employee (name, address, telephone number). To change the address, telephone number, or other details, click the appropriate pencil button.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Notes<\/strong> section is used to write a note or comment about the employee.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Bank Accounts<\/strong> section displays the employee&#8217;s bank account(s). To delete a bank account, click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image8.jpg\"> button.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Upcoming transactions<\/strong> section displays transactions (pay) that are waiting to be submitted.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Transaction history<\/strong> section displays transactions that have been submitted.
