The manager enters the payroll into their accounting software and then sends the deposit file to ACCEO Transphere.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the ACCEO Transphere main page, click <strong>Payroll<\/strong> and select <strong>Payroll lots<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image9_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search and filter options are available in the upper part of the page. For example, a search can be performed based on the file number, employee name, or lot creation date. Lots can also be filtered by status: <strong>To submit<\/strong>, <strong>In error<\/strong>, <strong>Rejected<\/strong>, <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>, or <strong>Submitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Payroll lots<\/strong> list, each lot is displayed with the payment date, the date on which the lot was generated, the bank account from which the lot amount will be withdrawn, and the total amount of the payroll lot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image12.jpg\"> Displays the number of pays submitted in the lot.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image13.jpg\"> Displays the number of pays awaiting in the lot.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image14.jpg\"> Displays the number of pays cancelled in the lot.<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"_Toc222210967\"><\/a><strong>Submit payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Once the payroll lot has been sent to ACCEO Transphere, the manager can submit the payments so that the salaries are deposited into each employee&#8217;s bank account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: once submitted, the payroll lot is closed and cannot be modified. Any other pay submitted on the same date will be placed in a new lot.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image10_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the <strong>Payroll lots<\/strong> page, click the line of the payroll lot to be submitted to display the details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image11_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Lot summary<\/strong> displays the lot number, the bank account from which the amount will be withdrawn, the date the lot was generated, etc.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Statistical information<\/strong> section shows the amount to be submitted and the number of pays included in the lot.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Payments<\/strong> section, the transaction status shows <strong>Waiting to be submitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: A payment with the status <strong>Waiting to be submitted<\/strong> can be cancelled by clicking the <strong>Cancel<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image8.jpg\"> button.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To submit payments, click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button. A confirmation message is displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image12_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. A message indicates that the transactions have been successfully submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image13_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Payments<\/strong> section, the transaction status now shows <strong>Submitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image14_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"_Toc222210968\"><\/a><strong>Filter the list of payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The list of payments can be filtered according to the status of transactions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Payments<\/strong> section, click the <strong>Filters<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_17.jpeg\"> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image15_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the filter options to apply to the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a id=\"_Toc222210969\"><\/a><strong>Copy the list of payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The list of payments can be copied for import into Excel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image16_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Payments<\/strong> section, click the <strong>Copy to Clipboard<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_19.jpeg\"> button. A message is displayed requesting confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image17_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.
