Advanced search and filter options are available at the upper part of the page.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The payroll manager can search by file number, employee name, reference number, or amount.<\/li>\n<li>It is also possible to filter the list by payment status (<strong>Accepted<\/strong> or <strong>Rejected<\/strong>) or by date (<strong>Upload<\/strong>, <strong>Submission<\/strong>, <strong>Account withdrawal<\/strong>, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image20_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Sent Payments<\/strong> list, each line displays the following information: the employee&#8217;s name, the deposit date, the bank account number, the reference number, the payment amount, and the status <strong>Accepted<\/strong> or <strong>Rejected<\/strong>. If the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_26.jpeg\"> is displayed next to the date, this indicates that the deposit date is different from the payment date that was specified.<\/li>\n<li>To find out which payroll lot this is, click the arrow next to the amount to display the lot number and the bank account from which the amount was withdrawn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image21_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Copy the list of sent payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The list of sent payments can be copied for import into Excel.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Sent payments<\/strong> section, click the <strong>Copy to Clipboard<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_19.jpeg\"> button. A message is displayed requesting confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image22_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. A message indicates that the content has been successfully copied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image23_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Excel and paste the contents of the Clipboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image24_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The payment information is copied into the file (employee name, payment number, transaction status, payment amount and date of payment).<\/li>\n<li>Save the Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sent payments list displays all payments that have been submitted.
