{"id":67,"date":"2026-03-17T14:51:03","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T18:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/fichiers-bancaires\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T14:58:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T18:58:38","slug":"banking-files","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/banking-files\/","title":{"rendered":"Banking files"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The files transmitted correspond to the transactions that will appear on the bank statement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the ACCEO Transphere main page, click <strong>Payroll<\/strong> and select <strong>Banking files<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image25_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each line of a transmitted file displays the following information: the file number, the date and time of transmission, the transaction type (e.g., Credit), the organization number, the amount of the lot, and the number of transactions in the lot.<\/li>\n<li>The icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image37.jpg\"> next to the number of transactions indicates that reception of the file has not been confirmed by the EFT processor.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Sort<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_7.jpeg\"> button is used to sort the list of transmitted files by file number, creation date, or lot type, in ascending or descending order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026-02-18_Image26_EN.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Copy to Clipboard<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241011_144048_img_19.jpeg\"> button is used to copy the contents of the list to the Clipboard and import it into an Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The files transmitted correspond to the transactions that will appear on the bank statement.
