{"id":1527,"date":"2026-04-09T13:01:22","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T17:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/comment-consulter-les-paiements-envoyes\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T13:05:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T17:05:34","slug":"how-to-sent-payments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/how-to-sent-payments\/","title":{"rendered":"How to sent payments ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Sent payments <\/strong>list displays all payrolls which have been deposited in the employees\u2019 bank accounts.<\/p>\n<p>To view the sent payments, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the ACCEO Transphere homepage.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_23.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Payroll <\/strong>and select <strong>Sent payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_24.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click the <strong>Advanced <\/strong>arrow to filter the list of sent payments by specifying the search criteria (file number, amount of batch, status of payments, lot submission date, etc.). The date below displays the payments that meet the specified criteria.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_25.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>The list displays the payments that have been sent: the employee\u2019s name, deposit date, bank account number, reference number, payment amount and the <strong>Accepted <\/strong>status. If the <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_26.jpeg\"> icon is displayed next to the date, it means that the deposit date is different from the payment date that had been specified.<\/li>\n<li>To copy the content of the list to import it to Excel, click the <strong>Copy to clipboard <\/strong>button <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_27.jpeg\">. A message requests confirmation.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_28.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. A message indicates that the content was copied successfully.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_29.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Open Excel and copy the content of the Clipboard.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_30.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>The sent payments information is copied in the file (withdrawal date, deposit date, amount, employee name, etc.).
