Any other payroll generated for the same date will be found in a new lot.<\/p>\n<p>To submit a payroll lot, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the ACCEO Transphere homepage.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_12.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Payroll<\/strong> and select <strong>Payroll lots<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_13.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>In the <strong>Payroll lots <\/strong>page, click the line of the lot to submit to display the detail on screen.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_14.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>The <strong>Lot summary <\/strong>displays the lot number, the bank account from which the amount of the lot will be withdrawn, the lot generation date, etc. The <strong>Statistical information<\/strong> section indicates the $ amount to submit and the number of payrolls included in the lot. In the <strong>Payments <\/strong>section, the transaction status indicates <strong>Waiting to be submitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>. A confirmation message is displayed.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_15.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. A message indicates that the transaction was submitted successfully.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Payments <\/strong>section, the transactions status indicates <strong>Submitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_16.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>To filter the list, click the <strong>Filter<\/strong> button <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_17.jpeg\">.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_18.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Select the filter options to apply in the list.<\/li>\n<li>To copy the content of the list of payrolls to import to Excel, click the <strong>Copy to clipboard <\/strong>button <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_19.jpeg\">. A message requests confirmation.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_20.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. A message indicates that the content was copied successfully.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_21.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Open Excel and copy the content of the Clipboard.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_22.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>The payroll information is copied in the file (employee name, payment no., status and amount of pay and payment date).
