{"id":1499,"date":"2026-04-09T09:13:27","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T13:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/comment-ajouter-un-employe\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T09:25:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T13:25:09","slug":"how-to-add-an-employee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/how-to-add-an-employee\/","title":{"rendered":"How to add an employee ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To add an employee, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the ACCEO Transphere homepage.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_2.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Payroll <\/strong>and select <strong>Employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_3.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>In the <strong>Employees <\/strong>page, click <strong>Add an employee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_4.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<p>Note: The fields preceded by a blue dot <img class=\"w-auto\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/pointbleu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"23\"> are mandatory.<\/p>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Employee no. <\/strong>as defined in the payroll software and the employee\u2019s <strong>Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the information related to their bank account, i.e. the <strong>Branch number<\/strong>, the <strong>Financial institution <\/strong>code (e.g. 815 for Desjardins) and the <strong>Bank account number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Complementary information <\/strong>to display the lower part of the page.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_5.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>Enter the additional information about the employee (email, address, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add <\/strong>to add the employee to the list of employees.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_6.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<li>To sort employees in the list, click the <strong>Sort <\/strong>button <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20241106_103339_img_7.jpeg\"> and select the appropriate sort options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To add an employee, proceed as follows: Access the ACCEO Transphere homepage.
