{"id":1479,"date":"2026-04-08T14:54:29","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T18:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/comment-transmettre-des-transactions-aux-institutions-financieres\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T15:08:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T19:08:39","slug":"how-to-send-transactions-to-financial-institutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/how-to-send-transactions-to-financial-institutions\/","title":{"rendered":"How to send transactions to financial institutions ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Transactions are sent to financial institutions twice a day, at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on working days.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn a day, transactions entered before 1:00 p.m. are sent to financial institutions at 1:00 p.m. Transactions entered between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. are sent at 6:00 p.m. Transactions entered<br \/>\n\tafter 6:00 p.m. are sent the next day.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240617_160528_img_16.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Crochet.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"33\" height=\"27\" \/>This button displays the list of confirmed transactions, i.e. transactions which have been sent and then processed by financial institutions.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Attention.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"26\" \/>This button displays the list of cancelled transactions.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Warning.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"27\" height=\"26\" \/>This button displays the list of transactions rejected for non-sufficient funds,<br \/>\n\tinvalid account number, frozen account, etc.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the list of transactions, click the line of a batch to view the detail of the transactions included in the batch.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240730_114913_img_17.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General<\/strong>: Indicates the type of batch (e.g. Debit) and the date and time it was uploaded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistical information<\/strong>: Displays the total number of transactions and the number of confirmed, cancelled and rejected transactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong>: Indicates the time and amount of each batch sent during the day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payments<\/strong>: Displays the detail of the transactions included in the batch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table class=\"tableaux\">\n<tr>\n<th>Status<\/th>\n<th>Description<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Waiting to be submitted<\/td>\n<td>The transaction has been created in ACCEO Transphere, but it has not yet been submitted to be sent to financial institutions.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Submitted<\/td>\n<td>The transaction is now submitted and ready to be sent to the financial institution.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tIt will be sent to the financial institution at the appropriate time.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tFor a pre-authorized debit (PAD), the transaction is sent on the date specified for the debit (or the next working day).<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tFor a payroll, the transmission is made 48 working hours before the pay is deposited.\n\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancelled<\/td>\n<td>The transaction has been cancelled by a user. It will never be processed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Rejected<\/td>\n<td>The financial institution returned the transaction with an error code. The money will not be deposited or will be retrieved from the company\u2019s bank account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Mistaken<\/td>\n<td>An error, usually technical, prevents the transaction from being processed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Confirmed<\/td>\n<td>The financial institution confirms reception of the transaction, and the funds will be transferred.
