{"id":1462,"date":"2026-04-08T14:26:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T18:26:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/comment-ajouter-une-transaction-a-un-client\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T14:34:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T18:34:38","slug":"how-to-add-a-transaction-to-a-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.acceotransphere.com\/en\/how-to-add-a-transaction-to-a-client\/","title":{"rendered":"How to add a transaction to a client ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To add a transaction to a client, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the ACCEO Transphere homepage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240730_114913_img_0.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Transactions<\/strong> and select <strong>Clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240617_160528_img_9.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Clients <\/strong>page, click the appropriate client and open their file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240617_160528_img_10.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add transaction <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20240617_160528_img_11.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: The fields preceded by a blue <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-auto\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/pointbleu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"23\" \/> dot are mandatory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Type<\/strong> of transaction (e.g.\u00a0debit).<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Amount <\/strong>of the transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Bank account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the calendar to select the <strong>Date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a <strong>Reference number <\/strong>if required.<\/li>\n<li>If it is a transaction which repeats periodically, check the <strong>Recurrent<\/strong> <strong>transaction <\/strong> Fields are displayed below.<\/li>\n<li>Select the invoicing <strong>Frequency<\/strong>: monthly, biweekly or weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the <strong>Day<\/strong> of the month on which the transaction must be submitted.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Number of payments<\/strong> required to settle the total transaction or check the <strong>Unlimited <\/strong>box if it is an unlimited number of payments.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong>. A message indicates that the transaction has been successfully added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If the transaction is recurring, the end date in the range of dates is excluded from the payment. For example: For a one-year recurrence in 12 payments, the system displays a range from October 1, 2024, to October 1, 2025. The end date is excluded from the calculation.
